To qualify, clients must remain actively enrolled in the program for a full 90 days, allowing adequate time for responses from credit bureaus and data furnishers.

If, after 90 days, no negative items have been removed from your credit report, an additional 30-day processing period is required to account for response timelines. If no deletions occur within this full 120-day timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds will include all monthly service payments excluding the initial (first month) payment, which is non-refundable as it covers onboarding, account setup, and processing.

Please note:

  • Refunds do not include credit monitoring membership fees, as these are billed through a separate provider

  • Refunds are limited to payments made within the first 90 days of service, regardless of when the request is submitted

  • This guarantee applies only to the removal of items, not credit score changes

  • Clients must remain active, in good standing, and participate in the process as required
